Short Bio Professor Jiang Wu is a Professor and PhD Supervisor at the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Wenzhou Medical University. She earned her Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD degrees from Zhejiang University, with a background in Pharmaceutical Engineering and Applied Chemistry. Professor Wu leads the Precision Wound Repair Research Group and is affiliated with the State Key Laboratory of Macromolecular Drugs and Large-Scale Preparation. In recognition of her promising contributions to materials chemistry, she was named an Emerging Investigator by the Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC) in 2022. She has led multiple national-level research projects and has published over 40 papers in international peer-reviewed journals. In addition, she holds 17 invention patents and has contributed to the development of 3 registered medical devices. Her current research focuses on: (1) Delivery strategies for FGF protein drugs in wound repair; (2) Surface modification of biomacromolecules using zwitterionic polymers; (3) Precision regulation of the skin microenvironment. Professor Wu also serves as Chief Technology Officer at Zhejiang Yiding Medical Dressing Co., Ltd. She is also a member of the China Association of Inventions and holds committee and editorial roles in several academic organizations.
